We have selected the best ingredients that Niseko and Hokkaido have to offer and prepared them with care and attention letting the quality of the produce speak for itself. Why not try some of signature dishes such as Sushi Foie Gras and grilled Hokkaido beef steak. Please come and enjoy our warm hospitality and lively bistro atmosphere.
