Set in a stunning building inspired by traditional Hokkaido farm architecture, The Barn opens every winter and offers a unique Niseko dining experience with Bistro style cuisine and warm “OMOTENASHI” hospitality.

We have selected the best ingredients that Niseko and Hokkaido have to offer and prepared them with care and attention letting the quality of the produce speak for itself. Our basque burnt style cheesecake is available for take-away! 10 cakes available per day for take-away with no reservation required or you can also pre-order from the website.

We have also prepared a food menu with various dishes including snacks to go with your drinks, fresh sushi and sashimi prepared by our chef, and "Oden" stew.
