Our summer season is officially over, but we are already getting ready for winter!
While the restaurant is temporarily closed, our chef and the whole team are busy behind the scenes preparing plenty of delicious surprises for the upcoming season.
We can't wait to welcome you back on December 3rd, 2026!
How to book:

Reservations can be made online via TableCheck or by email.

For groups of 7 people or more, the Tasting Menu is mandatory and reservations must be made exclusively by email.
Good to know:

We offer both an A la Carte option and our Signature Menu.

From December 23rd to January 2nd inclusive, we will serve our Special Festive Menu only.

Please note that we do not offer a kids' menu at any time during the season.
Winter Menu 2026/2027
A sneak peek at our Winter Menu...
We continue to serve French cuisine made with Japanese ingredients, mostly sourced here in Hokkaido like our premium Wagyu beef from Furano.
This winter, you can choose between our A la Carte options or discover our new 4-course tasting menu. For each of the first three courses, you will have a choice of starters and intermediate dishes. For the main event, the choice is yours between two products: our Furano Wagyu beef filet or an Venison filet. To conclude this culinary journey, our pastry chef has created a single, unique signature dessert.
Special note for the hend of the year: For our festive Christmas & New Year period, you will have a choice between a dedicated Meat Menu or a Fish Menu.
Our chefs are still finalizing the finishing touches. As soon as the menus are ready, we will publish them right here!
